We’re thrilled to share that three of Zipline’s retail partners have been named finalists at the 2025 RTIH Innovation Awards, which celebrate the most impactful technology and retail innovations across the globe.

  • Busy Beaver & Zipline – Digital Transformation Project of the Year (Rest of World)
  • PacSun & Zipline – Best Use of Automation in the Retail Sector
  • Helzberg Diamonds & Zipline – Technology Implementation of the Year (Rest of World)

Each of these finalists reflects a different facet of what makes modern retail exceptional. Busy Beaver is proving that even established, regional players can transform their operations with bold investments in digital tools. PacSun is setting a new standard for how automation can empower store teams and deliver consistency at scale. And Helzberg Diamonds is showing how seamless technology implementation can unlock operational excellence in a highly complex, service-driven retail environment.

The recognition also underscores the unique value of strong partnerships between retailers and technology providers. By combining vision, execution, and the right platform, these retailers are not only improving communication and execution in their stores—they’re creating lasting impact for their employees and customers.

The RTIH Innovation Awards received a record number of entries this year, showcasing the resilience and creativity driving retail forward during challenging times. Winners will be announced on October 16, 2025 at The HAC in Central London, during a ceremony hosted by award-winning comedian, actress, and writer Tiff Stevenson.

We’re honored to see Zipline’s customers recognized for their leadership and innovation, and we’ll be cheering them on next month!
