CEO and Co-founder Melissa Wong has been named Bridge Builder at the NRF Vendors in Partnership (VIP) Awards. The honor recognizes leaders who have spent time on both sides of the retail industry and who work to bring retailers and solution providers closer together.

The Bridge Builder award celebrates leaders who combine deep retail experience with technology leadership to foster empathy, transparency, and stronger partnerships. Wong’s career spans more than a decade in retail followed by another decade building technology designed specifically for frontline teams. That perspective continues to shape Zipline’s approach to serving the people who run stores every day.

At Zipline, we believe the best retail technology starts with empathy for the people doing the work,” said Wong. “This recognition reflects the partnerships we have built with retailers who push us to raise the bar every day.”

Zipline partners with more than 150 retail brands globally to improve execution, communication, and learning for store teams. The platform helps retailers move faster, stay aligned, and deliver better in-store experiences.
