For the third year in a row, Zipliners had the honor of attending the O’Reilly Auto Parts Leadership Conference, where thousands of store leaders, managers, and executives gathered to refuel, recharge, and realign for the year ahead. With Next Level as this year’s theme, O’Reilly Auto Parts once again proved why they’re a powerhouse in the auto parts industry—prioritizing their people to drive lasting success.

And just like last year, Zipline was along for the ride.

Next-Level Leadership: What’s the O’Reilly Auto Parts Conference All About?

For 45 years, O’Reilly Auto Parts brings together its leadership teams from across the country for an event packed with keynotes, strategic updates, and plenty of opportunities to connect. With nearly 8,000 attendees, the energy in the room was electric—even with a few weather-related travel hiccups. (A rare snowstorm that shut down Houston, TX couldn’t stop the momentum. ❄️)

From recognizing top-performing stores to welcoming inspiring guest speakers, O’Reilly Auto Parts ensures that every leader walks away with a renewed sense of purpose and the tools to lead their teams effectively.

This year, Jackson Campbell, a key partner at O’Reilly Auto Parts, had the honor of introducing the company’s President on stage (with a special shoutout to Counter Talk—we’re podcast fans! ️). Meanwhile, Brad Beckham, CEO of O’Reilly Auto Parts, delivered an energizing keynote address that set the tone for the entire event. Chris Tompkins, Director of Store Operations Support and Communications, also took the stage to present awards and kept the crowd engaged as emcee throughout the program.

Zipline Powers the Conference Experience

For the second year in a row, Zipline played a key role in keeping conference attendees informed—powering the event’s app and ensuring every leader had easy access to schedules, resources, and essential updates.
