Carmen is a passionate leader with over 15 years of retail experience working at well-known brands like lululemon, DAVIDsTEA, The North Face, and Lush. She oversees Retail Communications, Operations and Retail Projects across 261 shops at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics. Carmen is responsible for designing and executing the best in-class communication and task management strategy across North America, ensuring teams are delivering the excellent Lush brand experience that customers have come to expect.

Scott Thomas
Global Retail Communications and Engagement

Scott Thomas is a “retail lifer” with 15 years of experience in retail communication, employee engagement, and conference management. He spent several years at Old Navy and Gap before pivoting to the startup world, landing first at Stitch Fix and now Allbirds. In his current role, Scott manages global retail communication end to end including strategy development, content curation, and process implementation. He is excited to leverage his knowledge and experience to support the rapidly growing Allbirds retail fleet.

Jessica Siwy
Director of Retail Operations

Jessica Siwy is the Director of Retail Operations at BevMo, an American specialty beverage retailer, wholly owned subsidiary of GoPuff. Additionally, Jessica oversees Loss Prevention and Learning & Development for GoPuff North America. joined the company in 2016 as store manager and held several store operations positions progressing over her 7 years at BevMo. Previously, Jessica has over 11 years of retail store management at Ross Stores and Kohl’s Department Stores.

Eric Wardian
Manager of Store Communications

As Manager of Store Communications at PacSun, Eric Wardian is responsible for all aspects of field team communication, including key technology implementations and strategies to improve operational efficiencies. Eric began his career with iconic retailer Abercrombie & Fitch and moved to fashion powerhouse Michael Kors. Along the way, he made a name for himself first as store leader and later as an effective communicator. He has experience leading retail operations across much of Europe and North America; including Austria, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Scotland, Spain, and Switzerland.

Lily Préstamo
Store Communications Specialist

As the brand’s Store Communications Specialist, Lily Préstamo manages day-to-day communication for PACSUN’s 325 stores across North America. Lily has over 10 years of experience in retail leadership, and has managed PACSUN stores in some of the brand’s highest volume locations, including Florida’s Sawgrass Mills and Puerto Rico’s Plaza Las Americas. Not only a stellar communicator, Lily is also a passionate people leader who has spent much of her career building successful teams and delivering operational excellence.

Robert Coultrip
Manager of Store Operations

Tuesday, January 17 | 10:00am – 12:00pm

Rob Coultrip manages Store Operations for American Signature Inc., where he is responsible for connecting employees and driving efficiencies across the company’s 125 stores and four distribution centers throughout the Midwest and Eastern U.S. A 20 year retail veteran, Rob previous led Visual Merchandising at Abercrombie & Fitch, where he delivered volume-driving strategies across the brand’s fleet of stores.
