For Pride 2023, the company launched a giving campaign, allowing both employees and customers to contribute towards Out & Equal’s essential work.
The funds raised will support executive leadership development, comprehensive Diversity & Inclusivity training, and professional networking opportunities, fostering inclusive and welcoming work environments.
That’s not it! The Container Store has committed $15,000 to assist Out & Equal in providing educational experiences and resources to employees and partners alike.
