As Digital Transformation Director at Mars Wrigley US, Teresa leads and manages highly complex business transformation programs on a large scale.

Meredith Anton is the senior IT Director of Parallel, one of the largest privately-held, vertically-integrated, multi-state cannabis companies, which operates approximately 50 retail stores nationwide, including cultivation and manufacturing sites across the four states.
“(Zipline) has fundamentally and significantly improved the operational efficiency of the staff who are essential to our company’s revenue,” Meredith says.
Shelley believes that aspiring professionals must be persistent and not give up. It’s important, she says, to follow your dream and passion and make sure to find a company that aligns with your mission and values… and to lean on each other along the way.
