Here’s what will happen now:

1. We will check to make sure your referral qualifies for the program.
2. If yes, we will reach out to them and let them know that you referred them. If we don’t get a response, we might ask for your help.
3. We will let your Account Manager know that you submitted a referral so they can track the progress of the referral and keep you up to date.
4. We will reach out about your personal reward to see if you would like the gift card or donation.
5. Should the deal close in the next 24 mos, your Account Manager will work with our billing team to apply the credit.
