You have questions, we have answers.
What is Zipline Summer Camp?
Zipline Summer Camp is a 3-day virtual event revolving around community building, conversation, and connection within the Zipline family. We’re bringing our Zipline champions together for 3 days packed with Zipline updates and best practices, customer presentations, and fun activities to break up the day. This ain’t your regular ol’ online conference! We will make sure that you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network, ⛵ sail-ebrate each other, and share ideas with your peers (on a virtual pier, no less 🏝).
When does it take place?
Summer Camp takes place on June 14-16 between 9 am-2 pm PT (and yes, we’ve built-in breaks between sessions!). The sessions are spread over 3 days, with each session no longer than an hour. The sessions you choose to attend will be entirely up to you! You can create your agenda based on your schedule and interests. (Flip flop 🩴 between your favorite topics all you like!)
How do I register?
You can register for Summer Camp here! Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to register for individual sessions and everything else you need to know before you go. We can’t wait to sea you there! 🚤
Do I have to attend all of the sessions?
The beauty of Summer Camp is that you can create your own schedule and only attend the sessions you are interested in. So, chart your own course! Pick and choose the sessions you’d like to attend, and curate your experience to fit your own unique needs.
What if I need to cancel?
We’ll miss you, but if you can’t make it, just let us know and email us at [email protected].
Will the discussions or presentations at Summer Camp be shared externally?
We won’t be sharing any sessions publicly. Summer Camp is designed to be a safe space for all attendees and we value your confidentiality during the entire event. Read our Code of Conduct to learn more.
Can I invite one of my colleagues to attend a Summer Camp session?
Yes, shore thing! 🏝 Many of the session topics and networking events may be valuable to others on your team and we 🐬 dolphin-ately encourage you to forward this invite to a coworker who would benefit from attending Summer Camp!
Why do you need my mailing address and what will you do with it?
We’ll only use your mailing address to send you a fun boardwalk swag kit, but this is optional and you do not have to provide a mailing address to register. Rest assured that your personal mailing address won’t be shared or used for any other purpose.
How can I connect with other Summer Camp attendees?
We built in plenty of time to connect with your fellow Campers during the event, including roundtable discussions, afternoon social hours, and morning coffee chats. This year, we’re also creating a customer-focused Zipline instance so you can access recordings, take a look at what’s coming up in the agenda, and catch up with your camp pals between sessions (coming ferry soon, in June!).
What if I have more questions?
We have a team of Zipline camp counselors on standby, ready to help! Just reach out to [email protected].
We want to create a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone participating in Summer Camp. This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, Zipline employees, speakers, and partners to ensure our Camp is a safe space for all.
Thank you for helping to make Summer Camp a welcoming and safe space for all. We can’t wait to shell-ebrate together!
